Primary Job Responsibilities
Complete digital designs and layouts for web, mobile apps, or experiential environments
Prototype, test, and iterate upon creative ideas
Assist with the preparation of project planning and research materials including sitemaps, personas, surveys, wireframes, competitive audits, etc.
Maintain project consistency and brand integrity as needed
Provide design support in all phases of project progress through various online tools (Monday.com, Google Drive, Sifter, Figma, Slack)
Lead internal and external design-related meetings
Interact with clients and internal teams as both an effective manager of assigned projects as well as the strategic partner who helps clarify project objectives, identify potential challenges or roadblocks, and guide the development of digital marketing initiatives towards demonstrable and measurable success.
Operate as a team player in a fast-moving environment but also able to make necessary and reasoned decisions when needs and situations arise.
Job Requirements
3+ years of professional experience creating designs to be developed for web, mobile app, or experiential environments (Examples and/or portfolio submissions highly encouraged)
Professional knowledge of, and passion for, user-centered design, usability principles and techniques
Ability to think big while being detail-oriented and delivery-focused on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to present your work and stand firm for the right reasons as well as remain open to criticism from your team to benefit project development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as familiarity working within multidisciplinary teams
Working familiarity with Figma or other digital design software
Demonstrated resourcefulness, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and self-motivation
Familiarity with CSS/HTML and Javascript is a plus!
