Shor-Line (now a part of Midmark) is one of the largest providers of professional grade medical equipment for veterinarians and animal health professionals.
Initially tasked with general site maintenance over a decade ago, we’ve grown into opportunities to improve Shor-Line’s customer journey with custom catalog integrations with WordPress and BigCommerce.
Solutions
We developed a catalog builder and product configurator tools for BigCommerce to customize and simplify the prospect’s shopping and quoting experience. Then, we created customized checkout workflows and Hubspot automations that quickly matched these qualified leads with local sales representatives to nurture the lead and close the sale.
We continue to serve Shor-Line and Midmark as professional digital partners: from comprehensive web maintenance and development, to consulting and SEO services.

We worked closely with Shor-Line to develop custom integrations and automations with their Hubspot CRM platform, leveraging our technical expertise to benefit the customer journey and create cohesion throughout the sales funnel.

We developed a tool that made it easy for prospects to configure all the parts and SKUs required to outfit their veterinary practice with Shor-Line’s products to meet their exact needs.

We developed integrated BigCommerce tools to help customize and simplify the prospect’s shopping and quoting experience.
Custom WordPress Admin:
We developed an intuitive back-end admin environment to improve the Shor-Line team’s access to update their own site, and to increase our efficiency for ongoing maintenance needs.
