Ruby Jean’s Juicery was embarking on one of its biggest leaps yet– growing from its local retail presence into a nationwide brand with the introduction of wholesale distribution. Ruby Jean’s needed a refreshed website that not only served the customers of its existing locations and shelves in the Kansas City market, but positioned its packaged product as the hero for a new audience of grocers and retailers to want to stock the product in their stores.
We developed a new digital design system to match the vibrance and energy of Ruby Jean’s brand and the latest rollout of its new product packaging. The new Squarespace site’s overall user flow was optimized for an easier juice shopping eComm experience, while maintaining support for customers placing orders from its brick and mortar locations via Toast.
We also re-structured the homepage’s information architecture to concisely convey the vital information a wholesaler prospect might look for: quickly telling the Ruby Jean’s brand story, the benefits of its cold-pressed juices, where they can be found, and how they can get in touch.
