A new digital experience has taken flight.

Summary

Since 1993, The Roasterie has been turning lasting relationships with coffee producers into love affairs with their customers – one bag of air-roasted coffee at a time. In addition to serving Kansas City’s restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, hospitals, offices, high schools and universities, they also have six Roasterie Cafés across the Kansas City metropolitan area.

The Roasterie approached us with quite a challenge: help us showcase our brand refresh, migrate our ecommerce platform from WooCommerce to Shopify, support the transition to a new online ordering and customer loyalty system, and assist with integrating a completely new NetSuite backend for inventory management, finance and billing, order fulfillment and more. Four months later, the new site was up and running and our partners were well along their way to taking full advantage of their new digital footprint and toolsets.
